City Change Management (CCM) is a business and technology transformation project delivery company, with an enviable track record, global client base and extensive resources.

Having worked together on a number of projects CCM founders, Tim Bretman and Danny Hargest, quickly realised that their shared dedication to excellence, attention to detail and focus on best practice processes, was unique in the marketplace. And so in 2008 CCM was launched.

Today, CCM maintains its flexible, jargon-free, practical approach to project delivery.

We are honest and straight talking in our dealings with each other and with clients. The truth handled with care whilst in the hands of experienced personnel is a powerful tool. If there is confusion we can cut through it, if there is a vision we can put a plan together to achieve it. Clients and staff will experience our honesty from very first contact and then throughout our day to day engagement and relationship.

Management Team

Tim Bretman

Director

Tim began his working career in the Royal Marines where he achieved results through careful planning and structured delivery. He managed complex technology and people change at BAA, managing programmes across seven UK airports. Still a practising Portfolio Manager, Tim maintains his passion for achieving results.

Danny Hargest

Director

Danny started his career overseeing the delivery of major infrastructure transformation projects. This consolidated a finely tuned rigorous and logical approach. Passionate about infrastructure delivery, Danny takes responsibility for directing and delivering all of CCM’s major infrastructure project assignments.

Andy Clarke

Andy has worked across multiple sectors, delivering projects in various disciplines.  He has successfully managed property, IT and finance projects as well as infrastructure programmes.

Jo Robinson

.

Jo is a very experienced Project Office Manager.  Having established highly successful project offices, Jo now owns the centre of project office excellence at CCM.

Dave Oliver

.

An astute and highly focused IT leader that is goal orientated, demonstrating delivery across a wide range of disciplines within a portfolio.  A talented leader with excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills that is capable of directing highly skilled teams across multiple continents to achieve a common goal.

Mark Stannard

.

Mark has been delivering infrastructure projects in aviation for 11 years. Based at Heathrow since the construction of T5, Mark has been involved in the ICS delivery of a number of large infrastructure installations including Heathrow Terminal 5A, B and Rail, and Terminal 2 with Fujitsu in their role as Network Integrator.
