City Change Management (CCM) is a business and technology transformation project delivery company, with an enviable track record, global client base and extensive resources.
Having worked together on a number of projects CCM founders, Tim Bretman and Danny Hargest, quickly realised that their shared dedication to excellence, attention to detail and focus on best practice processes, was unique in the marketplace. And so in 2008 CCM was launched.
Today, CCM maintains its flexible, jargon-free, practical approach to project delivery.
Our reputation means we attract and retain the best talent to work on our high profile transformation projects, and can tailor our services to meet our client’s specific requirements.
Plus all our project teams are supported by our ATLAS best practice handbook and Industry Knowledge Hub.
Today, with the flexibility and personal touch of a small business and the resources, experience and expertise of a major consultancy – we remain driven by your success.
We care about how we deliver solutions for clients. We are passionate about ensuring that our work is high quality and that the client is satisfied with the result of the service delivered from CCM.
We value being professional in our engagements, we maintain the utmost respect for each other and clients. We look out for one another, offering advice, guidance and support so as a collective we are able to deliver the best possible results.
We are honest and straight talking in our dealings with each other and with clients. The truth handled with care whilst in the hands of experienced personnel is a powerful tool. If there is confusion we can cut through it, if there is a vision we can put a plan together to achieve it. Clients and staff will experience our honesty from very first contact and then throughout our day to day engagement and relationship.
We always ask ourselves how we can be part of the solution and continually ask “is there a better way of me doing what I’m doing right now? How could I improve it to make a difference on a client project or to help move CCM closer to our vision?”
It’s always about progress. Unblocking bottlenecks, getting decisions made, delivering project tasks and achieving outturn benefits. We make it our job to ensure that projects are constantly moving toward the desired outcome.
We are trusted experts in the field of delivering change. Our opinions count as we’ve been here many times before. We will challenge decisions (with care) when we can see the need and we will support the management team at all times to ensure we reach our goals.
Our clients can rely on CCM to do what we say we are going to do, keeping to the commitments we make.
We turn up on time and deliver our best work until the job is done.
A happy and enjoyable work environment is essential to the wellbeing of our team and helps us to perform at our best, especially when times are tough.
We attract dynamic and enthusiastic people and challenge and motivate them through a diverse range of exciting projects and a strong sense of ‘team’.
We trade professional competence. We build teams. We socialise together. We ensure we wear a smile.
