On Sunday 24th April, Nicola Spooner will be running 26.2 miles around the streets of London to support a fantastic charity, Beat.
Four years ago Nicola’s sister-in-law lost her 17 year battle with anorexia and now she is hoping to raise money to help improve life for those affected by an eating disorder.
The money you donate will enable Beat to maintain their helpline and online support which helps people understand their eating disorder, supports them to seek early treatment, and empowers them to ask for and receive the best standard of care from the NHS.
As well as helping individuals, Beat also campaigns for better understanding in the workplace and schools as well as for more funding and better treatment for eating disorders in the health service.
Nicola Spooner is raising money for Beat by taking part in the 2016 Virgin Money London Marathon. Sponsor her with Virgin Money Giving.
